Hi, I’m Stephanie
Years ago I never would have believed you if you told me I’d one day be working with energy and supporting others on their self discovery journeys.
But, call it fate, divine timing, or just plain luck, life has led me here, on purpose.
During my years in nursing school pursuing my BScN, I began experiencing daily migraines. Healing suddenly became personal and not just something I was learning to do one day as a nurse.
Through my recovery, I found support in the session types that I now offer you.
I believe that only you can heal yourself, I’m here to help you facilitate that process. I also strive to be professional, trauma-sensitive, and meet each of you where you’re at.

There is no one-size-fits-all healing. Our physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual health all have unique needs and our authentic self knows how to meet those needs, always (although we might not realize it). There is no one who knows you better than you, so instead of finding a guru who will solve all of your concerns, what would happen if you devoted to becoming that person for yourself?
